IndonesiaNEXT as Telkomsel CSR MasterPiece program, in 2019. This program prepares students to face global competition at national and international levels. In the fourth year the implementation of IndonesiaNext made "Yes I’m The Next" as a theme with the aim that students in Indonesia become talents who are ready to compete with students from various countries at regional and international levels. This theme proves Telkomsel's commitment in developing Human Resources, especially Indonesian students and students, to have the capability and competence to be able to compete at national, regional and international levels.
The development of the program since the first year in 2016 has experienced significant progress both from the number of participants and universities participating, as well as the content and certification of international standards given to the participants.
IndonesiaNEXT 2019 was attended by more than 4,500 registrants from 280 universities and 4 vocational high schools through a selection of both hard skills and soft skills, until 4 winners were selected for the SMK student segment and 24 IndonesiaNEXT 2019 Finalists, of which the 10 best participants of the IndonesiaNEXT2019 program were selected.
IndonesiaNext in 4 years was held in 15 cities with 43.519 registrants from 1.353 participating universities, 4 Vocational High Schools and produced 4,378 International Certified Students.
This event also held a webinar on communication skills and a talkshow with the theme Agile Talent in Crisis which thoroughly discussed the talent character needed in all fields from speakers and moderated by Mr. Denny Abidin (VP Corporate Communications of Telkomsel).
